Bertramka Residence

The exclusive residential project situated in an attractive Bertramka locality has been designed to let the residence interface with the surrounding locality without disturbing its existing character while providing all amenities to meet the needs of modern housing and the taste of the 21st century clients. The apartment house will cover the area of 1,150 square meters.

The intention of architectural design was to create optimal space conditions emanating the spirit of history, romance and captivating passion for Prague.

Family houses Březiněves

Complex of atypical family houses in Prague 8- Březiněves represents a fresh trend in progressive development of urban living that consists of interconnection of a quiet locality in healthy environment in vicinity to the centre of the city. In this project, one-floor houses will prevail of various arrangements in so called "nests", preserving the maximum privacy. Another significant specific feature is a broad-minded interconnection of interior and exterior realized through the glassing-in of face walls leading to gardens.
